介绍了采用体外预应力筋加固旧桥的优点及构造措施，并对体外预应筋加固简支梁桥的计算理论进行了分析与探讨。
This paper presents the advantage. technology and constitution measures of the old byidge strengthening with External Tendon,Analyzes and discusses the calculating theory.
