摘要
在宁海电厂二期工程1000MW超超临界机组工程建设中,采用感应加热设备进行了相应的焊接热处理工艺试验,解决了SA335-P92钢管的焊接预热及焊后热处理存在的内、外壁温差问题,提高了SA335-P92钢管的焊接热处理质量。该试验方法可为国内其他超超临界机组焊接预热及焊后热处理提供借鉴。
During construction of the second phase project of Ninghai power plant 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler unit,induction heating equipment was used for experiment on welding heat treatment technique,which well solved the problem of temperature difference between inner and outer wall occurring in the process of welding preheat and post-welding heat treatment of the SA335-P92 steel tube,significantly improved the welding heat treatment quality.This experiment method can be used as a reference by other project in welding preheat and post-welding heat treatment for ultra-supercritical boiler unit.
