Based on interpreting concept of archival information acceptance and analyzing the process and essential of that,the article expatiates the relationship between archival information acceptance and knowledge innovation in archives in three aspects,points out that knowledge innovation is inevitable choice by which archives can base itself upon and buildup its competence so as to insure consumer to accept archival information better,knowledge innovation offer solution projects and practical means for archives un-derstanding the consumer acceptance behavior wherewith character of science and forecast,finally puts for-ward approaches how archives carry out knowledge innovation.
