民国档案法规类型探析

民国时期,在政府大规模立法活动的带动下,档案立法也取得了丰硕的成果。档案法规类型多样,内容丰富,且形成了一定的体系。本文试对民国时期的档案法规类型作简要阐述,以期为今天的档案法规建设提供借鉴。

During the period of the Republic of China,with large-scale activities of government legis-lation,the archival legislations get tremendous achievements.There are many types of archival legislations which are rich in content,and form a initial system.This paper tries to discuss the types of the archival legislations and regulations at that time,so that it may provide a reference for the current society.
