摘要
采用第三代碰撞池技术(CCT)电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)对饮用天然矿泉水中微量元素硒进行分析,通过在线加入内标校正基体效应和接口效应,应用仪器碰撞池技术消除元素质量数干扰,测定元素校正曲线相关系数在0.9995以上,元素检出限0.069μg.L-1,RSD%<10(n=12),加标回收率在94.5%~108.0%之间。
By ICP-MS with the third-generation Collision Cell Technology(CCT),trace selenium(Se)in natural mineral water for drinking was determined and analyzed.The internal standard was added online to correct the matrix effects and interface effects,and the Collision Cell Technology(CCT)was applied through the apparatus to eliminate the number of elements in the quality of interference.The calibration curve correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9995,the detection limit was 0.069 μg.L-1,the recovery was 94.5%-108.0%,and the relative standard deviation less than 10%(n=12.)
