摘要
本文介绍了间歇液相本体法聚丙烯装置物料平衡的数学模型及其应用.因装置的原料丙烯纯度变化,每釜投料的丙烯浓度不都相同,使聚合反应的工艺参数各异.通过对装置反应流程的分析和生产实践所建立的物料平衡数学模型,用于生产管理可求得单程转化率,用于设计能方便地求得原料单耗.应用数学模型参数关联式还可分析出原料丙烯纯度和回收再循环对于降低原料单耗的影响,探讨装置生产优化问题.
A mathematical model of material balance in polypropylene unit of liquid-phase bulk polymerization and its application are presented. The concentration of propylene in each reactor is not always the same owing to the variation of feedstock purity with the mathematic model derived from process analysis and operation experiences, the conversion per pass during operation can be calculated and the unit consumption of feedstock needed in design work can be easily obtained. The effect of propylene purity and recovery recycle on unit consumption can also be predicted by the mathematical model, and thus the operation can be optimized.
