摘要
本文提出的塔板选型是一个经验规则、模糊综合评判与设计计算对比相结合的过程.对18种塔板就11个因素的对比作了综述.在此基础上建立了一个蒸馏塔板选型和设计的专家系统.可对上述塔板进行选型,对其中9种塔板可作详细设计并绘制出可行稳定域.系统用Turbo PROLOG和FORTRAN编写.
A procedure for the selection of distillation trays is presented which is an integration of heuristic rules, fuzzy evaluation and design calculation. The comparison of 18 types of trays is reviewed in detail, taking account of 11 factors. Based on this procedure, an expert system for the selection and design of refinery distillation trays is established on a microcomputer. Among the 18 types of trays, 9 types can be designed in detail. The system is implemented by using Turbo PROLOG and FORTRAN.
