有关脓毒症的诊断和监测问题 被引量：3

摘要 脓毒症是机体受到病原微生物感染引发的全身炎性反应（SIRS），进一步发展可导致严重脓毒症、脓毒性休克和多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）。多个流行病学统计资料显示，伴有急性器官功能障碍的脓毒症（严重脓毒症）是世界范围内重症监护病房（ICU）患者死亡的第一位原因。
