前列腺癌的诊断 被引量：6

摘要 前列腺癌（PCa）早期缺乏特异性临床表现，当患者出现症状时多数已有局部浸润或远处转移，失去根治性治疗机会，而早期PCa治疗效果肯定，多数患者可达到治愈。因此，PCa的早期诊断具有十分重要的临床意义。目前，PCa的诊断主要依靠直肠指诊（DRE）、血清前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）浓度测定和经直肠B超引导下的前列腺穿刺活检。
