车集选煤厂增设沉降过滤式离心脱水机可行性研究

The feasibility study of adding sedimentation filtration dewatering centrifuge in Cheji Coal Preparation Plant

针对车集选煤厂浮选精煤脱水能力不足的现状,结合生产实际情况对增设沉降过滤式离心脱水机的可行性进行了研究。研究结果表明,增设该设备可提升浮选精煤脱水能力,提高浮选精煤的回收率,增加企业的经济效益。

Combined with the actual situation,the paper discussed the feasibility of adding sedimentation filtration dewatering centrifuge,according to the status of shortage of dewatering ability of floating clean coal in Cheji Coal Preparation Plant.The result shows that adding the equipment could improve the dewatering ability of floating clean coal and increase the recovery of clean coal and economic profits of company.
