提高研究生学术忠诚度试探

On Improving the Academic Faithfulness of Post-graduates

当前研究生学术忠诚缺失情况严重,导致学术文章失范、简单重复、剽窃篡改、一稿多投等现象大量存在。研究生学术忠诚缺失既有研究生自身治学不严、水平不高、态度不端、努力不够、道德水平低等主观原因,也有学校教育无方、导师指导不力、惩戒制度缺位等客观原因。可以从三个方面提高研究生学术忠诚度,即:建立研究生学术忠诚宣誓制度;逐步建立和完善研究生学术不忠零容忍制度;完善各杂志社的稿件审阅和查询平台等。

Recently,the lack of academic faithfulness is a serious phenomenon among post-graduates.Consequently,the academic anomy,simple repetition,plagiarism and multiple contributions are prevalent.Both subjective and objective factors can be counted as explaining the post-graduates＇ academic unfaithfulness.We maintain that efforts be made in three respects to improve the academic faithfulness： post-graduates will pledge to be academically faithful when submitting their theses;an integrated institution should be built up which will no longer tolerate the academic unfaithfulness;journals should toughen up in reviewing the drafts and readers＇ query system should be more easily accessed.
