摘要
"辅导制"是一种普遍的帮助新教师专业发展的方式,良好的辅导关系的建立并非简单的安排过程,而是一个遴选与匹配的过程。在此过程中建立辅导计划,不仅能帮助构建良好的辅导关系,也能通过参与者共同体之间的交流形成合作的学校文化氛围。
'The mentoring system'is a common way of helping beginning teachers' professional development,the establishment of good mentoring relationship is not a simple arrangement process,but a simple process of selection and matching.In this process,designing a mentoring program can not only help construct good mentoring relationship,but also come into being atmosphere cooperative school culture by communication among the community of participants.
