论教学实习在双语教师培训中的重要作用

On the Importance of Teaching Practice in the Training of Bilingual Teachers

根据现代教育理论,从汉语学习角色的转换、汉语学习语言环境的转换、汉语学习中教与学关系三方面探讨教学实习的重要性。通过搞好模拟课堂训练等途径做好实习准备,更好地发挥教学实习在双语培训教学中的重要作用。

Based on some modern theories in education,this paper discusses the importance of teaching practice from three perspectives： the change of roles in learning Chinese,the change of learning environment as well as the relations between teaching and learning Chinese.In order to make the best use of the teaching practice in the training of bilingual teachers,doing model class teaching is suggested to be a good method.
