昌吉州中小学校本研修现状的调查与思考

An Investigation of School - based Research in Primary and Secondary Schools in Changji

通过调查目前昌吉州中小学校本研修的主要形式、内容、实效以及教师的需求等情况,分析讨论了当前校本研修中存在的问题及产生的原因,并从激发教师的内在需求、提高教师的课程意识、建立长效运行机制等方面提出了几点思考。

This paper is trying to analyze some current problems and their causes in the school-based research in primary and secondary schools in Changji after an investigation of the main forms,content,efficiency and the need of teachers of the school-based research in these schools.It is also trying to provide some thoughts in constructing the long-term project to stimulate the inner need of teachers and improve the teachers’curriculum awareness.
