摘要
作为促进教师专业发展的重要途径,校本研修越来越受到重视。校本研修是学校有组织、有针对性地开展教师教育并与教育研究有机融合,进而促进教师专业发展的活动;教育叙事研究与案例分析是其基本方式。
The school-based research has been an important part in improving teachers’professional development.It refers to the systemic activities organized by the school to integrate the teachers’training and educational research by means of educational narrative research and case study.
