摘要
本文介绍了一种以电化学方法为主、热化学方法为辅的评选破乳剂的仪器、用以替代国内评选破乳剂的传统热化学方法,实际使用结果证明,该仪器的结构紧凑,操作简单、迅速、数据可靠,是油田、炼油厂以及生产破乳剂厂家评选破乳剂的一种优良的新型仪器。
A novel tester,type PDY-1,based on electrochemical method and supple-mented by thermochemical method has been developed for the screening ofdemulsifiers for crude oil desalting unit.Commercial application tests indicatethat this tester is compact in configuration,easy and rapid to operate,andgives reliable testing results.It can be used by oil fields,refineries and demu-lsifier producers for the evaluation and screening of demulsifiers to replacethe conventional thermochemical tester.
