摘要
介绍了一种以大规模集成电路HEF_(4752)为核心的磁浮车载IGBT逆变器控制系统,以及大功率IGBT(1200V,600A)的驱动及保护电路,试验表明该系统控制方便,输出波形和运行性能良好,达到了设计要求。
This paper proposes a kind of system control strategy of maglev - strain - carried IGBT inverters, which adopts LSI circuit HEF4752 as the core. Meanwhile, the drive and protect circuits of high - power IGBT (1200V, 600A) are also introduced. Experiment results indicate that system control strategy presented above is much more convenient, output waveform and running performance are much better, and design requirements are satisfied.
