摘要
介绍了502胶的生产工艺和控制方案。针对间歇生产的特点,采用了PLC技术和上位机监控组成的控制系统,实时控制各项工艺参数。并结合生产实际,用智能化PID算法来控制反应釜温度,使生产过程中的产品质量得以保证,大大提高了生产效率。
The process technology and control scheme of 502-adhesive production is introduced.Aiming at characteristic of batch production,By using the control system which consist of PLC technology and PC monitoring,the production techniques are always follow the pre-set other parameters.By means of intelligent PID algorithm to control temperature of reaction kettle can meet the request of production,guarantee the quality of products greatly in production process,and increase the production efficiency.
