摘要
以往增压器试验台大多数都是采用指针式仪表或数字显示仪表来读取试验数据。增压器微机检测系统能够实现转速、温度、压力、流量、位移等参数实时测量和计算出各工况点性能。并绘制出曲线图。提高了测试精度。该系统在哈尔滨配件厂、库尔勒机务段等多处应用成功。
In the past, the measured data were recorded according to the shown values in the needle meters or the numerical meters, which most of the turbocharger test bed had been designed just like that.Now, the parameters shch as the rotation speed, temperature, pressure, flow and displacement can be measured at real time. Performance of the turbocharger at working points can be calculated and di-garam of curves can be drawn by microcomputer testing and measuring system por turbocharge. Therefore, the testing and measuring accuracy is raised, the new designed microcomputer system has been successtuly used in fitting plant of Haerbin, rolling department of Kuerle and so on.
