海塔盆地实施欠平衡钻井可行性分析

摘要 近年来,随着大庆长垣内部高渗油田的开发,综合含水逐年上升,稳产的难度增大,加快外围海拉尔盆地低渗透低产油田的开发,对大庆油田的产量接替和稳产都有着至关重要的作用。欠平衡钻井最明显的优点就是它能够有效地保护储层,提高深层机械钻速。为了加快海塔盆地的勘探进程开展,有必要进行欠平衡钻井可行性的研究。通过综合分析海塔盆地地质特点:地层温度压力、井壁稳定性、地层出水情况以及欠平衡钻井技术发展情况和经济效益,发现欠平衡钻井完全适用于海拉尔盆地。现场应用证明采用欠平衡钻井可有效解决海塔盆地深部地层钻井难题,对提高钻井速度,发现和保护储层,降低井漏风险,节约钻井成本,具有十分重要的意义。 In recent years,with the exploitation of high penetration oilfield in Daqing Changyuan block,the composite water cut and the difficulty of maintaining stable production are increased year by year. Therefore,speeding up the exploitation of peripheral oilfield with low permeability and low output in Hailaer basin plays an important role in the succeeding of output and keeping stable production in Daqing Oilfield. In order to expedite the progress of exploiration in Haita basin,it would really be necessary to study the feasibility of underbalance drilling of which the most obvious advantage is protecting formation effectively and improving penetration rate in deep zone. After generalized analysis on geologic characteristic,downhole condition,hole stability,formation water conditions in this area,as well as the current technique development situation and economic benefit of underbalance drilling,it's sure that underbalance drilling can be fully applied in Haita Basin. Field practice indicates that adopting underbalance drilling can resolve the drilling problem in deep zone in Haita basin effectively. It has the extremely vital significance to improve drilling speed,discover and protect reservior stratum,decrease the risk of circulation loss and save the drilling cost
