摘要 探讨并优化了门冬氨酸洛美沙星氯化钠注射液制备工艺,提高了其稳定性。通过考察注射液的影响因素,筛选的最佳处方工艺是乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02%,pH值的调节范围为4.0—5.0,活性炭用量为0.1%,115℃湿热灭菌30min。该处方工艺制剂的稳定性较好,可规模生产。 To study the optimization of preparation process for improving the stability of lomefloxacin aspartate and sodium chloride injection,to study the impact factors,the optimal technology was 0.02% disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate is added as complexing agent,The pH was adjusted between 4.0—5.0,0.1% activated carbon was used for adsorption,115 ℃ moist heat sterilization for 30 min. Optimized prescription process can significantly improve the stability of formulation.
