The demand description of weapons and equipments System （WES） plays a very important role in the development of WES,which is the basis of the demand modeling. and combines together with the design of WES.The type of the meta model of WES is given,the level of the meta model of WES is described and the management of the meta model of WES is designed,which is helpful to improve the formalization and consistency.
