摘要
研究了发动机点火工作中需要的大电流脉冲恒流源系统的设计与实现。系统应用PID控制算法,通过大功率半导体器件,实现了脉冲电流上升时间小于200μs、脉宽50ms~150ms可调[3]、电流0A—12A连续可调,可连接0.5Ω—4Ω小负载的脉冲恒流源系统。传统恒流源系统提供的电流一般情况下小于12A。或者电流不是连续可调、或者电流上升时间不满足要求,或者连接的负载过大,都不能满足本系统关于发动机点火要求。与传统恒流源系统相比,本系统具有上升时间短、脉宽可调、电流连续可调、负载小、可靠稳定、可控性好、结构简单等特点。
The design and implementation of large pulse constant current source system required by engine ignition are studied.The system used PID control algorithm,through power semiconductor devices to achieve pulse constant current.The pulse constant current system achieve rise time less than 200 μs,pulse width between 50 ms—150 ms adjustable,continuously 0 A—12 A adjustable current,can be connected to 0.5 Ω—4 Ω small load.Conventional constant current system often can’t get to 12 A current,or the current is not continuously adjustable,or the current rise time can’t meet the requirements,or the load is too large,all above can’t meet the system requirements of engine ignition.Compared with the traditional constant-current source system,this system has short rise time,pulse width adjustable,current continuously adjustable,small load,reliable,controllable,simple structure and so on.
