林业在新农村建设中作用的调查研究——以江西靖安为例

Investigate and Research on the Role of Forestry in New Rural Construction——A Case of Jing′an,Jiangxi Province

发展林业是加快农村生产发展的重要内容,是实现农村生活宽裕的有效途径,是促进乡风文明、实现村容整洁的重要措施,是推动农村管理民主的重要手段。笔者对靖安县社会主义新农村建设中林业所起的作用进行了调研,验证了林业是一项重要的公益事业和基础产业,发展林业是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容和实现途径。林业大户是新农村产业建设的带头人,林农是山区县新农村建设的主力军。

The development of forestry is an important part of accelerating the development of rural production,an effective way to achieving well-off rural life,an important measure to achieve the town civilization,clean and tidy town,important way to promote the democratic management in rural areas.The role of forestry in new socialist rural construction in Jinga’n County was investigated and studied,the results showed that forestry is an important public utilities and basic industry,the development of forestry is an important part of constructing new socialist rural and the achievement ways.Larger producer of forestry is a big leader in the construction of new rural industries,forest farmers are the main force of the new rural construction in hilly counties.
