学校体育场馆向社会开放的困境及对策

自2006年全国学校体育场馆向社会开放试点以来,取得良好效果,但也存在"安全问题"、"管理问题"、"物耗问题"。2009年《全民健身条例》规定:公办学校应当积极创造条件向公众开放体育设施。这会遇到一些新问题,如:非试点学校能否得到经费支持问题;收费问题;大学场馆向社会开放问题。只有坚持政府主导,制定相关规章制度落实《条例》内容,借鉴试点学校的成功经验,学校体育场馆向社会开放才有望真正实现。

It has achieved good results since national school gymnasium opened to the public in the 2006.But there are still many problems,such as security,management and material consumption.The provision of 2009National Health Regulations is that public schools should actively create conditions for sports facilities opened to the public.This will encounter some new problems such as whether non-experimental schools get financial support;charges;university gymnasium opened to the society.School gymnasiums are expected to be opened to the public truly only by upholding the government-led,developing relevant regulations and implementing the Regulations content,learning from the successful experience of experimental schools.
