摘要
针对大型泥水平衡盾构在市区施工的困难及上海地区的特殊地质情况,采用了沉淀池和机械分离相结合的泥水分离系统,以及可控化、高精度的泥水性能调整系统。系统设备占地小、泥水分离效率高,泥水处理费用低。通过施工实践,本泥水处理系统的设计和运行达到了预期的要求。
Due to the construction difficulty of large scale slurry balance shield machine in the downtown area and the special geological conditions in Shanghai,the slurry separation system combines the sedimentation basin with mechanical separation;and the slurry performance adjustment system is controllable and of high-precision.The whole system is featured with small area occupation,high efficiency of slurry separation and low treatment cost.Through construction practice,the design and operation of this slurry treatment system achieve the desired requirements.
