摘要
以河南省安阳市境内三条水系为例,提出实现水环境规划可视化的技 术路线和软件设计方案,深入探讨实现河流水系的动态控制和交互处理的可能 性。通过图形界面,环境工作者们能够很容易地及时掌握实际水体的变化状况, 随时进行决策。
Taking three water systems of An Yang city, Henan province for example, this paper puts forward the technical route for realizing the water environmental planning and the program of software de- sign, and makes a thorough study of the possibility for realizing the dynamic control over river systems and mutual treatments- By means of graphic interfaces, the environmental workers can easily grasp the changing condition of actual water systems and make a decision whenever they want to.
