摘要
在学习型组织理论视角下,探讨当前农村幼儿园教育管理模式创新,有助于打造工作亮点,提升办学质量,形成良性机制。本文着眼沿海地区乡镇幼儿园的办学现状,试着将作者在一线从事管理的经验与体会,做出理论视野下的梳理与观照。
In the perspective of learning organization theory, probing into the innovation of the mode of Preschool education management in rural areas will help to improve educational quality, and form a virtuous mechanism. Based on current status of coastal towns kindergarten school, here try to engage in summarizing the autors' management experience under the perspective of the theory of Learning Organization.
