摘要
本文介绍了一种柴油十六烷值改进剂——硝酸异辛酯的研制情况,叙述了该剂对柴油的感受性,以及加剂后柴油的储存安定性、台架试验、行车试验和使用试验.结果表明,该硝酸异辛酯十六烷值改进剂对柴油有较好的感受性,添加0.05～0.3%后十六烷值可提高1～9个单位,与国外同类产品相当.加入改进剂的柴油能满足各类型柴油机车的使用要求.文中还提出了该产品的质量指标.
A cetane number (CN) improver, iso-octyl nitrate, was prepared and its susceptibility to diesel fuel as well as the storage stability of doped diesel fuel were investigated. Results of rig test, road test and application test indicate that this CN improver has good susceptibility to diesel fuels. With a dosage of 0.05～0.3% (wt) the CN improver of diesel fuel can be enhanced by 1～9 units, equivalent to the similar foreign products. The doped diesel fuels can be satisfactorily used by diesel engine cars of various types. The specification of this CN improver is suggested.
