摘要
本文通过分析ＦＬＯＴＯＸ结构及其存储信息的原理，对基于ＦＬＯＴＯＸ的ＥＥＰＲＯＭ的工作机制进行了深入研究。
In this paper,we lead an in depth research on the working mechanism of FLOTOX based EEPROM by analysing the structure of FLOTOX and its philosophy of storing information.
