摘要
本文介绍的N32低温无锌液压油,系用新疆克拉玛依1号原油的精制馏分为基础油,加入增粘、抗磨、抗氧、防锈等添加剂调合而成,它具有抗银腐蚀的性能.在从美国引进的两台英格索兰-400型修井机上的六年使用试验证明,油品使用性能可靠,质量稳定,可在气温为-30～+40℃的液压传动系统设备上全年通用.
Abstract A low-temperature, zinc-free hydraulic fluid type N32 was prepared with domestic raw materials. The base oil selected was a refined lubricating oil fraction from the No. 1 crude oil of Kelamayi Oil-field. It was then packaged with thickening agent, anti-wear additive, antioxidant and antirusting additive.This hydraulic fluid has good anti-silver corrosion property and has been satisfactorily used in two Engsolan-400 type well-fixing machines for six years.It concludes that the performance of this hydraulic fluid is very stable and reliable, and can be sucessfully used in the hydraulic transmission system year-round at ambient temperature from -30℃ to 40℃.
