摘要
田口方法是VRP(减少散布计划)的一种重要手段,但田口方法的外表设计工作量过大。已有建议通过正负侧最坏水平予以简化,但无通用的得到正负侧最坏水平的方法。另外,当产品有多种质量特性时,对应于某一质量特性的正负侧最坏水平一般来说并不是其他质量特性的正负侧最坏水平。该文介绍用SPICE仿真软件的MONTE-CARLO分析功能进行误差分析得出相应的均值μ和标准差σ,代替田口方法外表得到SN比η和灵敏度S。从而大大简化田口外表优化功能参数的工作量。并用两个滤波器设计的例子予以说明。
Taguchi
method is an important means for VRP. But the workload for Taguchi method's exterior list is
greater. There is advice for predigesting by pos neg worst level. But there is no universal
means for obtain pos neg worst level yet. In addition, when there are multi quality
characteristics of product, a pos neg worst level corresponding a quality characteristic is not fit
for other quality characteristics commonly. Content is introduced in this paper that error
analysis is carried out and mean ( and mean square deviation ( are elicited .And SN ratio ( and
sensitivity S are elicited by Monte Carlo analysis function of SPICE simulation software
instead of Taguchi method exterior list . Thereby the workload for Taguchi method exterior list
for optimizing function parameters is Predigested greatly. Two examples of filter design have
enumerated for explain.
