How to implement the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Programme for Education Reform and Development and reinforce the construction of teacher and schoolmaster teams in a better way is one of our recent major tasks.On the occasion of the Party and nation＇s stress on the building up of the contingent of teachers,there are three key elements,namely,strengthening institutional and operational innovations in the team construction of teachers and principals,developing their training in time,and reforming teacher education.
