加入WTO,高等教育成为一项服务贸易对我国而言机遇与挑战并存。我国在积极适应国际规则的同时,高等教育服务贸易在探索中获得了长足的发展。通过对我国高等教育服务贸易政策调适与发展状况的分析,可以发现我国高等教育服务贸易的发展特征及其中潜存的问题。

With China＇s entry into WTO,higher education,as a service in trade,brings us many opportunities and challenges.While China actively adapts itself to international rules,higher education as a service trade has gained rapid developments.Through an analysis of policies and situations of our country＇s higher education as a service trade,its characteristics and latent problems are put forward here.
