摘要
影响教师专业水平的途径有很多,但岗位工作肯定是最重要也是最直接的途径。教师对教学专业工作最愿意投入,但投入深度并不够。教师对学校工作参与程度越大,更能感受到学校对教师专业发展工作的重视,也更有利于他们自己社会地位、职业满意度和同事关系的接受与认可。总体而言,鼓励教师参与学校工作,尤其是教学专业工作和教学管理工作,有利于教师专业水平的整体提升。
Although there are many ways to influence teachers' professional level,the work at post is definitely the most important and direct way.The teacher is willing to be engaged in his teaching,but the depth of engagement is not sufficient.The more the teacher participates in school work,the more he can feel that the school pays attention to the teacher professional development.It is helpful for him to accept or approve his own social status,job satisfaction and relations with colleagues.It is good to encourage teachers to participate in school work,especially professional teaching work and teaching administrative work.
