教师需要怎样的评价知识 被引量:31

摘要 评价知识是教师从事学业评价所必备的基础知识,与教师发展密切相关。中小学教师应具备怎样的评价知识才能胜任学业评价工作?从理解教师的评价活动和剖析评价范式对教师的要求两方面来解答这一问题。按照评价活动所经历的目标——设计——实施——结果程序,建构了教师所需评价知识的内容框架。教师所需的评价知识包括五个方面,即关于评价目标的知识、关于评价方法的知识、关于评价过程的知识、关于评价结果的知识以及关于评价伦理的知识。 The knowledge of evaluation is a teacher's basic knowledge for carrying out learning evaluation,and is closely related to the teacher development.According to an evaluation activity's procedures,namely,objective,design,implementation and result,a content structure of a teacher's evaluation knowledge is constructed here.The evaluation knowledge that a teacher needs includes knowledge of evaluation objective,knowledge of evaluation methods,knowledge of evaluation process,knowledge of evaluation result,and knowledge of evaluation ethics.
