论中职电脑动画设计专业教师能力标准的开发——一种基于功能分析法的研究

Standards in Computer Cartoon Design at a Secondary Vocational School——A Study Based on the Functional Analysis

电脑动画设计是职业学校近年来设置的新专业。该专业教师能力标准应该是什么、该如何开发等问题值得探讨。基于功能分析法的开发方法,认为该专业教师的能力结构应当是以传授学生学科能力及其相关知识的通识教学能力和传授学生普适性能力及其相关知识所必需的普适性能力为基础,以传授学生职业能力及其相关知识的职业技术教学能力为核心的能力体系。其中,教师的核心能力包括三个能力单元:美术基础、动画基础、电脑软件的应用能力。

The computer cartoon design is a new specialty established in vocational schools in recent years.It is worth discussing that what the teacher ability standard should be and how it should develop.According to the method of functional analysis,this paper argues that the teacher＇s ability structure should include the general teaching ability,core ability,and vocational and technical teaching ability.And the teacher＇s core ability includes three ability units,namely,arts foundation,cartoon foundation,and computer software application ability.
