住宅作为人类生活中的重要场所,在其建设与使用过程中,不可避免地需要消耗大量的能源和资源,并且随着我国经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,住宅能耗占我国能源总消费量的比例逐年上升。本文主要从规划、施工、技术、材料等方面阐述了节能住宅建设存在的问题,并提出了一些解决的措施。

As an important place for human life,residence will consume a great deal of energy and resource in the construction and usage process.The ratio of residence energy consumption account for the total energy in our country increases yearly with the development of economy and the improvement of human life level.This paper states some problems in energy-saving residence construction from the aspects of plan,construction,technique and material.It also puts forward some solving measure.
