高含氢物流的传热及压力降计算——HTFS程序TASC2考核

摘要 本文结合HTFS引进软件的二次开发,考察了近期以来发表的关于SRK状态方程和PR状态方程对含氢物系的修正公式以及传递性质的计算方法.通过与实验数据和国外引进软件ASPEN-PLUS计算结果的比较,从中筛选出若干适合于含氢物系的计算式.并用这一物性计算系统结合重整装置立式换热器的现场标定数据,考察了HTFS程序TASC2的传热和压力降计算,取得了令人满意的结果. Abstract For the application of HTFS (heat transfer and fluid flow service) program in chemical process design, the Peng-Robins ion equation of state and Soave-Redlich-Kwong equation of state, both modified for adaption to high hydrogen-containing systems during recent years, and mathematics models for heat transfer properties were investigation. The results of calculation were compared with both experimental data and calculated data by Aspen-Plus program. Some of them were selected for the use in high hydrogen-containing systems. This physical property calculating system was used in combination with the operation data of a vertical tube-shell exchanger in a reformer to investigate the calculation of heat transfer and pressure drop by TASC2 (tube-shell exchanger design and performance program with condensing, single-phase and boiling options) program of HTFS. The results are satisfactory.
