摘要
通过调整常减压蒸馏装置换热流程及回流取热比、合理利用高温位热源、提高湍流程度、强化传热过程,提高传热系数等,从而达到提高效利用率和提高换热终温的目的,换热后终温达300～307℃。
Abstract The heat utilization efficiency and the final temperature after heat-excha-nge are both enhanced by readjusting the heat-exchange scheme and heatremoval from recycle, proper utilization of high-temperature heat source,increasing the flow turbulency, enhancing the heat transfer operation and ra-ising the heat transfer coefficient. The final temperature after heat-exchangehas reached 300～307℃.
