摘要
给出了MIC－W01型水泥预加水成球微机控制器的组成，设计了用8253定时计数器实现PWM的线路进而完成D／A的功能，针对具有继电特性和死时的非线性系统的控制特点，提出了一种新型控制策略──变强度通断模糊控制，给出了其设计方法。现场运行结果表明该系统具有优良的控制性能。
The constitution of microcontroller MIC-W01 for prewater-making balls in cement industry is geven in this paper. A D/A converter is designed through PWM using 8253 timer-counter. In accordance with the sys tem behaviors of relay characteristic and dead-time,a new control strategy,variable strength on-off fuzzy control,is presented. The method of system design are also discussed. The results in industrial applications show that the system has best performances.
