摘要
本文在前人探索利用LAN特别是Ethernet网丰富的、价格低廉的软、硬件产品资源及成熟的网络操作系统直接实现工业控制计算机之间互联的基础上,探讨了把基于IPX的实时通信技术这项较成熟的新技术应用于工控系统的可行性与特点,特别强调基于IPX的实时通信技术并非仅局限使用于网络系统中,完全可以使用于非网络环境。本文还介绍了金昌冶炼厂自主开发的硫酸生产数据采集系统中的通信结构,从实践的角度出发,得出基于IPX的实时通信完全可靠的结论。
This paper concerns with the real-time communication between industrial computers based on the protocal of Internetwork Packet Exchange (IPX) and introduces the structure and characteristic of this kind of communication system. Especially,the real-time communication based on the protocal of IPX is believed can not only be used in the network evironment, but also be used in the non-network environment. In this extent,the netcard is equal to a normal communication port,and IPX driver is a communication software package. Through analysing an implemented communication system,the conclusion that the real-time communication based on the protocal of IPX is completely reliable is reached.
