Recent developments in the bronchial asthma treatment

摘要 GINA推荐的支气管哮喘规范化方案使众多患者获益,然仍未达到完全控制。近年来,涌现出许多新的治疗方向,本文就β受体阻滞剂、基因转染、核因子κB抑制剂、大环内酯类抗生素、免疫调节、细胞因子拈抗剂在支气管哮喘治疗中的研究进展及其存在的问题和前景作一综述。 The GINA recommendations for bronchial asthma management benefit many sufferers, but can not compeletly achieving the disease contol. Recently many new asthma treaments were developed, this article summarizes the progress and problems by using β blockers, gene transfection, inhibitor of nuclear factor-kappaB, maerolides antibiotic, immunomodulation, cytokine anta gonists as for bronchial asthma treatment.
