摘要
沸腾燃烧具有能够燃用劣质燃料,可以进行脱硫而不产生大量NOx的特点,把它作为一种省燃油的并防止大气污染的燃烧系统,在实际上的应用趋势日益增大。石油二厂兴建了一台中压沸腾燃烧锅炉,使用的燃料是低热值小块页岩。通过调试,该炉已经达到工业运转的要求。本文对其生产情况作了摘要介绍。
The fluidized-bed boiler is characterized by its ability of burning low-gra-de fuels and desulphurization capability without generating large amount ofNO_x, It is therefore, being increasingly used as a fuel oil saving and low poll-ution combustion system. The first fluidized bed boiler of medium pressurewas built in No. 2 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemica Corporation. It burnssmall oil shale lumps with a low heating value. This boiler has already achi-eved the object of commercial operation after testing runs with certain modi-fications. as briefly described in this paper.
