EVALUATION OF LUBRICATING GREASE PERFORMANCE WITH ZTJ-3 TYPE TESTER

本文叙述了用ZTJ-3型多功能润滑脂性能试验机评定润滑脂动态和静态氧化安定性,机械安定性和抗水性能的结果,并与传统方法作了比较。结果说明,用此法评定润滑脂、区分其优劣等级更加合理。该机模拟了润滑脂在轴承内实际的应用过程。

The ZTJ--3 type tester, a multifunctional tester, is used to evaluate thedynamic and oxidation stability, the mechanical stability and the water resi-stance of various lubricating greases and is compared with the conventionalmethods. The results indicate the ZTJ--3 tester can more properly distinguislithe quality grades of the greases. The actual process of grease application ina bearing is simulated by the ZTJ--3 type tester.
