康莱特注射液联合NP方案化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Kanglaite injection combined with navelbine plus platinum protocol of chemotherapy for elder advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的:探讨康莱特注射液联合NP方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的近期疗效、毒副反应及生活质量。方法:将127例患者随机分为两组,治疗组64例,予NP方案:NVB25mg/m2第1、8天静点+DDP80mg/m2分三天,第1,2,3天静点,每3周重复。同时给予康莱特液200mlqd第1-21天静点。对照组予NP方案:NVB25ml/m2第1、8天静点+DDP80mg/m2分三天,第1,2,3天静点,每3周重复。两组患者在治疗4周期后,进行评价。结果:在近期疗效上,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。在白细胞减少、贫血及呕吐的发生上,治疗组优于对照组,均P<0.05。生活质量的提高及体重的增加方面,治疗组优于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:康莱特注射液联合NP方案化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌,能提高近期疗效,减少毒副反应,提高生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the short-term efficacy and adverse effect of navelbine plus platinum protocol of chemotherapy（NP）combined with Kanglaite for elder advaced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）patients and to evaluate their quality of life.Methods：127 patients were randomly divided into two groups.64 cases were enrolled in the treatment group who were took chemotherapy（NP）：NVB25mg/m^2 on the first and eighth days ivgtt＋DDP 80mg/m^2,divided for three days,on the first,second and third day ivgtt,repeated every 3 weeks.Patients in the treatment group were took Kanglaite 200ml qd,1-21 days ivgtt.63 cases were enrolled in the control group who were took single chemotherapy（NP）：NVB25mg/m^2 on days 1,8 ivgtt＋DDP 80mg/m^2,divided for three days,on days 1,2,3 ivgtt,repeated every 3 weeks.Two groups of patients were evaluated after treatment for 4 cycles.Results：The response rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）;The rate of adverse effect in the treatment group,such as leucopenia anemia and vomit was also lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Patients in the treatment group had better quality of lives than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Also patients in treatment group gain more weight than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of Kanglaite combined with chemotherapy（NP）for elder advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients can improve the curative effect,reduce adverse effect of chemotherapy and improve the life quality of patients.
