摘要
白癜风是一种多基因遗传性疾病,虽然环境是白癜风的发病因素,遗传因素在白癜风发病机制中也起着重要作用。近年来不断有与白癜风相关基因的报道,综述近几年关于白癜风易感基因定位及相关基因的研究,为进一步研究白癜风的病因提供思路。
Vitilogo is a kind of multifactorial dieasea,although environmental factors are important,there is considerable evidence that genes also play a significant role in its pathogenesis.we will give an overview of the latest findings in the genetics of vitiligo,inorder to provide important insights into vitiligo pathogenesis.
