摘要
醋酸的生产工艺主要有乙醛氧化法、乙烯直接氧化法及甲醇羰基合成法等。甲醇羰基化法(MC)是醋酸生产的主流技术,生产的醋酸占全球醋酸生产量的65%以上,2009年我国采用甲醇羰基合成法生产的醋酸占醋酸总产量的82.6%。预计我国2010年醋酸产能及需求将分别达到540万t/a和325万t,已出现产能远大于需求的状况。
The process technologies of acetate acid production are as follows： acetaldehyde oxidation,ethylene direct oxidation,and methanol carbonyl oxidation.The methanol carbonyl oxidation is the main process and the production take up over 65% of world total.In 2009 the productions of acetic acid by methanol carbonyl oxidation take up 82.6% of the total production in China.The oversupply situation is forming.It is predicted t hat productions and demand of acetic acid in China will reac h 5 400 kt and 3 250 kt,respectively.
