摘要
通过文献研究,介绍了人类学的新兴分支——经营人类学自20世纪90年代以后在日本的发展状况及其内容,指出了侧重于日本跨国企业本地化经营的国际经营学视角的经营人类学和阐明日本"公司文化"的特点及其背后的象征性宗教伦理的经营人类学的区别,通过重点介绍大阪国立民族学博物馆中牧弘允教授、京都大学日置弘一郎教授主持的一系列有关企业文化的经营人类学研究,揭示了日本经营人类学对中国企业人类学研究的借鉴意义。
Mainly through bibliographic research,this paper introduces the development and contents of a new sub-discipline of anthropology ( i.e. Business Anthropology,or Anthropology of Administration) and its development in Japan since the 1990s. The paper points out the differences between Business Anthropology which focuses on the localization of Japanese multi-national corporations with an international business management approach,and the Anthropology of Administration which clarifies the characteristics of Japanese corporate culture and its symbolic religious meanings behind. And by selectively introducing a series of anthropological researches on corporate culture directed by professors Nakamaki Hirochika at the National Museum of Ethnology and Hioki Koichiro at Kyoto University,the paper reveals the implication of Japanese Anthropology of Administration for anthropological researches of Chinese businesses.
