授人以鱼不如授人以渔。援助人力资源能力建设作为援外工作核心之一,中国60年来,为173个发展中国家和地区培训了12万管理和技术骨干。

Since 1950,China has provided aid to more than 160 countries in Africa,Asia,Latin America and the South Pacif ic through nearly 2,000 aid projects including agriculture,construction,transportation,healthcare and education.China has helped train 120,000 government off icials,managers and technicians from 173 countries during the past 60 years;and nowadays nearly 10,000 attend to programs organized by China.
